What we collect
Account details (name, email, password), profile information you choose to add (photo, bio, location, languages, interests, subjects, rates), bookings, messages, and basic technical data such as device and log information.
Video lessons
Video and audio in lessons travel directly between participants' devices. TeachMe does not record or store lesson video.
How we use it
To run your account, show teacher profiles, arrange and manage lessons, deliver messages, keep the platform safe, and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Other users see the profile information you make visible. We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication and email. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and for a limited time afterwards where required by law or to resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR), you may access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Email globe.corp.office@gmail.com to make a request.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and private storage for uploaded photos.
Children
TeachMe is not intended for children under 13. Lessons for minors must be booked and supervised by a parent or guardian.
