TeachMe is operated by Globe Regent Tech Solutions LTD, a company registered in Israel.
Cancelling as a student
You can cancel a pending or confirmed lesson from your Lessons page. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
Cancelling as a teacher
Teachers may decline requests or cancel confirmed lessons, but repeated late cancellations may lead to removal from the platform.
Refunds
When online payment is enabled: lessons cancelled 24+ hours ahead are fully refunded; later cancellations by the student may not be refunded; lessons cancelled by the teacher are always fully refunded.
Problems with a lesson
If a lesson did not take place or was seriously not as described, contact globe.corp.office@gmail.com within 7 days.
